1. Tickets:

All ticket purchases for events hosted by Oasis Events are final and non-refundable. This includes general admission tickets, VIP passes, and any other type of event ticket. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred under any circumstances.

2. Merchandise:

All merchandise purchased from Oasis Events (including clothing, accessories, and other event-related products) is final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please ensure you select the correct size and product before completing your purchase.

3. Event Cancellations:

If an event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, Oasis Events will provide ticket holders with a credit for future events or a refund, based on the circumstances. Refunds for canceled events will only be issued to the original purchaser and in the form of the original payment method. We do not offer refunds for events that are rescheduled or postponed.

4. Special Circumstances:

Refund requests due to illness, personal emergencies, or other reasons will not be considered, as all sales are final. We recommend purchasing event insurance or considering any potential conflicts before purchasing tickets or merchandise.
